About Jai Inder

I never expected to be a Kundalini Yoga teacher. I practiced Hatha yoga 6 days a week for years, and suddenly, after my first Kundalini Yoga class in 2014, I was instantly drawn to this form of yoga. I noticed how quickly this technology changed me and others in a positive way. Now, I can’t imagine life without it.

I soon thereafter took teacher training with Harijiwan and Tej, studied at RA MA Institute with Guru Jagat, and have been teaching in the Los Angeles area ever since.

 
 

My commitment is to continue expanding my knowledge and experience of these teachings in order to pass on the benefits of the practices to my students. 

My hope is that they will have the experience of connecting to their own infinity, and thereby lead more enriching fulfilling lives.

 

About Kundalini Yoga

I teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient science that was passed down from teacher to students in secret. Yogi Bhajan changed this in 1969 by traveling to the West from India and spending the remainder of his life delivering the teachings. Now, they are accessible to all.

It is a method by which one can achieve mental clarity, physical well-being and spiritual awareness. Its purpose is to make excellent human beings.
